Review policy

1. Who can leave a review
Only signed-in buyers who have bought the item on Velor can review it. You can leave one review per item. Sellers can't review their own listings. New accounts can post up to 5 reviews a day during their first week.
2. What we show
Each review shows the star rating, the buyer's comment and any photos they add, under their first name and last initial. We show every review that meets this policy, positive or negative, newest first. We don't edit reviews, and we don't hide reviews because of their rating.
3. What isn't allowed
Fake reviews, reviews written by or for the seller, and reviews given in return for payment, discounts, refunds or gifts. Sellers must not offer anything in exchange for a review, or for changing or removing one. Reviews can't include email addresses, phone numbers, links or social handles; these are blocked when you post.
4. Reporting and removal
Anyone can report a review with the “Report this” link next to it, or through our Safety & reporting page. Our team looks at every report and removes reviews that break this policy or the law. We may also act on accounts involved in fake reviews.
