This page gives the information the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065) asks online platforms to publish.

Buyers, sellers and anyone else using Velor, wherever you are in the EU, can contact us at our EU contact email customerservice@velorglobalmarket.com or through our contact page. Languages handled: English. You can write in any language and we'll reply in yours (we may use translation tools).
4. EU legal representative
Velor Commerce Ltd is established in the UK, not in the EU. Our EU legal representative is to be confirmed. We will publish their name and contact details here once they are appointed. Until then, please use the contact points above.
5. Reporting illegal content and appeals
To report a listing, seller, message or other content you believe is illegal or breaks our rules, use the report form on our Safety & reporting page. If we have taken action on your content or account and you disagree, you can appeal using the appeal form on the same page.
6. Our rules
What can be sold on Velor is set out in our Seller Rules and Terms. We review every seller application and every listing, and we remove listings that break the rules. Each product page shows whether the seller is a business or a private individual.
